Delete it in the RUNLINE app
You can delete your RUNLINE account directly in the RUNLINE app under Settings → Account → Delete account.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app, submit a deletion request to info@runline.eu using this form. Enter the email address registered to your RUNLINE account so that we can identify your account.
Which data is deleted?
When your account is deleted, your RUNLINE account and the personal data associated with it are deleted. The account is not merely deactivated.
Data that we must retain due to legal obligations will be kept only for the applicable legal purpose and deleted when the relevant retention period expires. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
